LEADING MIDLANDS RESTAURANT MANAGER

A leading Midlands Restaurant is currently recruiting for a Top Quality, Experienced Manager.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working with the team to ensure the effective management of the Restaurant, operating to appropriate standards whilst ensuring guest satisfaction and the necessary controls to provide the required profitability.
To set budgets and controls appropriate to ensure maximum profitability in all areas of responsibility.
To maximise all sales opportunities and to promote a selling environment within the Restaurant.
To ensure full hygiene and cleanliness standards in the Restaurant at all times.
To oversee staff training and development within the team.
To manage rosters and payroll costs effectively.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

3 – 4 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably within a high volume, 100+ cover restaurant.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills required.
Strong customer focus essential.
The ability to lead and manage a team effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and the highest standards of service.
Good financial acumen required as is a demonstrable track record in improving standards and increasing revenue.
